FAQ
Parent questions
Will my child appear anywhere publicly?
No. There is no publicly browsable gallery or directory of children. Nothing about your child is public by default, and any sharing is a deliberate, revocable action you take.
Do you advertise to children or profile them?
Never. We do not run targeted advertising to minors and we do not profile children for advertising purposes.
How do you confirm that I am the parent?
We obtain verifiable parental consent before processing a child's personal data, in line with India's DPDP Act 2023. [EDITABLE: describe your exact verification step, e.g. OTP-verified parent mobile plus declaration.]
How much data do I have to give?
As little as possible — we practise data minimisation. A first name, age or grade, city and the talents you choose to add are enough to start.
Can I delete everything later?
Yes. You can export or delete your family's records at any time, or write to Privacy@knackkids.org from your registered email and we will action it.
