Our mission
Help every child discover and prove their talents beyond exam marks
A child's report card answers one question well. It says almost nothing about the girl who has taught herself Bharatanatyam, or the boy who quietly became the best chess player in his colony. Knack Kids exists so those talents are discovered early, recorded honestly, verified properly and celebrated — with the child's privacy protected at every step.
The problem we saw
Talents go unseen, unrecorded and unrewarded
We spoke with parents across Hyderabad and heard the same three things again and again.
Unrecorded
Certificates end up in drawers and WhatsApp threads. By Class 9, years of effort are impossible to reconstruct.
Unrewarded
Scholarships and opportunities go to children whose achievements can be proven — not necessarily to those who earned them.
Our approach
A parent-owned, verified Talent Passport
One private profile per child that grows from age 5 to 18 — owned by the parent, confirmed by the people who were actually there.
Parent owns it
The account, the data and every sharing decision belong to the parent or lawful guardian. Children never hold a standalone login.
Skills, not scores
Talents are tracked across arts, music, dance, sport, language, maths, science, tech and more — from Beginner to Expert.
Verified, not claimed
A school, coach or competition organiser confirms an achievement before it counts as verified.
Merit, fairly judged
Awards are decided on verified achievements within fair cohorts of age, city and skill.

A decade in data security and safety engineering, protecting sensitive records for regulated organisations. She joined the idea with one condition — a children's platform has to be safer than the systems she had spent her career hardening. That condition became the product: parent-owned accounts, private by default, and consent that is real rather than decorative.

The idea for Knack Kids began with her own children — a shelf full of certificates nobody could ever put in order. She turned that frustration into the Talent Passport, and today she personally signs up the schools, academies and coaches who verify each achievement.
